Dear Sir, I am having a great deal of trouble locating buyers for UREA 46 Fertilizer from the Ukraine. I have direct contact with a major refinery in Ukraine and they have 50 to 60,000 mt per month for sale. I have also Potash and have tried to deal with a number of so called brokers and so called gov officials with no results. I am very keen to speak with anyone whom has the authority to negotiate with me for this major commodity, I have tried to send e mails to the agriculture minister and his offices but they keep bouncing back.
